Pre booking information

Mereside Community Centre bookings are made on the Hallmaster app. This online booking system gives our existing and new users the power to see when our rooms are available and to request a booking straight into our diary.
Please note all one off bookings are subject to a standard £30 refundable deposit (see our booking terms and conditions for more information)

  1. Using the booking form below, search availability for your event.

  2. Select the plus icon (+) which will take you the Hallmaster website, where you can login or create a new account (you are able to checkout as a guest, but registering allows you to manage your booking and quickly create new ones in the future

  3. Once registered, follow the form to create and submit your booking. Bookings are provisional and will be checked by our team, before a confirmation email is sent out with a full price breakdown

  4. A member of the team will contact you if there are any questions prior to confirming your booking.
